The steps taken to receive financial assistance are:
Fill out the assistance application
Schedule an appointment. Someone from the church office will call after the application is completed to schedule this appointment.
Bring the latest copies of utility bills and proof of any income that you receive (SNAP, SSI, state benefits, pay stubs, etc) to the appointment.
If needing rent or mortgage assistance, or car assistance, please bring your rental, lease, or mortgage agreement with up-to-date information on who receives the payments.
We only send payments to the companies or holders of the lease/mortgage agreements and not to the individuals needing assistance.
